Welcome to Verami. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verami mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Verami, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Verami, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Verami. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using Verami, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of Verami, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

Verami allows you to upload, share, and publish dance videos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content on Verami, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Include sexually explicit or inappropriate material
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or self-harm
• Contain spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion. However, we are not obligated to monitor all User Content.

4.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you post on Verami. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at support@verami.com with details of the alleged infringement.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Community Guidelines

Verami is a community platform. We expect all users to:

• Treat others with respect and kindness
• Share authentic and original dance content
• Give credit to choreographers and original creators when appropriate
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Support and encourage fellow dancers

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Verami, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and software, is owned by Verami and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Verami may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Verami is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verami and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your profile and User Content will be deleted from our servers.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to other users or the Service.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
